4. Payments and Refund Policy

Pro or Team plan subscriptions are billed in advance. All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Fair Usage & Account Termination

We reserve the right to permanently terminate or ban accounts without prior notice if a user attempts to exploit our system (e.g., using automated bots/scrapers, bypassing API limits, or disrupting the experience of other users).

6. Limitation of Liability

In the event of technical failure, data loss, downtime, or any other damages, our maximum aggregate legal liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to aichatpdf.com in the preceding 12 months. For Free plan users, our maximum liability is strictly $0.
